The product service was excellent. Delivery went as scheduled. Directions for installation were great.

I ordered a set of gaskets for a true 3 door cooler, that were the wrong ones, my mistake, I called the hot line and was immediately connected to a live person, not a voice prompt. I explained what I had done wrong expecting to hear "your fault you need to order the correct ones there will be a restocking fee" instead the gentleman stated that this happens quite often and told me how to find the model number on the machine so that I could order the correct gaskets. After locating the model number and calling back he double checked to make sure I had the right gaskets for my cooler and told me that they were more expensive which I already new, however he said he would credit my previous purchase price to the new gaskets I ordered and ship them out immediately with no shipping charge. This is what customer service is all about!!
